Physical Therapist – Yucca Valley, CA Full-Time or Part-Time | $42–$55 per Hour, Based on Experience Outpatient Physical Therapy | New Graduates Welcome Higher rates may be considered following a discussion of experience and compensation expectations. Schedule: Shift openings available seven days per week. Available hours: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM.

Friday hours: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. Flexible full-time and part-time schedules within these hours. Specific workdays and hours will be discussed based on your availability and clinic needs.

Position Overview

We’re seeking three Physical Therapists to join our outpatient clinic in Yucca Valley, California . Our practice provides hands-on, individualized care to patients throughout the Hi Desert community. We treat a broad range of conditions while building lasting relationships with patients and families. You’ll work within a multidisciplinary practice offering physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy services, including pediatric rehabilitation.

New graduates and experienced outpatient clinicians are welcome to apply. Patient Care Model: Approximately 14 patients per day. One-hour evaluations. Varied caseload including orthopedics, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, joint replacements, geriatrics, chronic pain, and neurologic conditions. Pediatric physical therapy services.

Collaboration with speech and occupational therapy providers.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care. Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and other appropriate evidence-based treatments. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Collaborate with other rehabilitation providers. Build positive relationships with patients, families, and the community.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Active California Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for licensure before starting. Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills. Ability to manage a varied outpatient caseload. No minimum experience required; new graduates welcome. Candidates whose experience is primarily 10 or more years in skilled nursing facilities may not align with the needs of this outpatient position.

Compensation

& Benefits: $42–$55 per hour , based on experience and skill level. Candidates seeking higher rates are welcome to discuss compensation expectations by phone. Sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement may be negotiated as part of the overall compensation package. Employer-paid insurance premiums: HMO medical option: 90%.

PPO medical option: 80%. HSA-compatible high-deductible medical option: 80%. Dental: 100%. Vision: 100%. Additional benefits: Seven paid holidays, at eight hours each. 120 hours of PTO annually , including sick time. $1,000 annually for pre-approved continuing education. 401(k) matching: 100% of the first 3% contributed and 50% of the next 2%, for a maximum employer contribution of 4%.
