Direct Banker I Multi-lingual | Southwood

Capital City Bank's Client Service Department is looking for a Direct Banker I who is multi -lingual. This position will handle predominantly incoming calls of a routine nature with the intent of providing client satisfaction and retention; however, some calls may require deviation from standard screens, scripts and procedures.

Servicing clients is the primary function of this position with a strong focus on strengthening relationships by offering new or additional products and services. This position requires extensive knowledge of the company structure and its products and services to maximize the profit potential of each client via the telephone.

We are seeking a bilingual candidate that is proficient in English and Spanish languages, both written and verbal.
