Director of Fleet, Equipment, Facilities & Maintenance

Build and lead a critical enterprise function at Ahtna. The Director of Fleet, Equipment, Facilities & Maintenance is a hands-on leader who drives the strategy and execution of fleet, heavy equipment, facilities, and maintenance operations across Alaska and the Lower 48. This role partners closely with executive leadership to establish scalable systems, improve performance, and support complex, remote, and project-based environments. You’ll oversee a diverse asset portfolio and play a key role in ensuring operational readiness, safety, and cost-effective performance across the organization.
