Intake Operator - 1st Shift

SUMMARY The Intake Operator is responsible for overseeing the receiving and shipping of milk and by-products, screening milk for quality, and coordinating transfers for cheese production. The role also ensures the cleanliness, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of the Intake area and related equipment. This position is working a 1st shift schedule Monday - Friday 4:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
