You will oversee on-site cleaning specialists, ensure customer satisfaction, and inspect commercial spaces to maintain peak standards.

Stepping in as a hands-on custodial supervisor , you will lead, motivate, and train frontline teams while learning budget management, staffing, and quality control to rapidly step up into a senior cleaning operations lead role .
