Sales Associate (Seasonal Part-Time) - Ala Moana

THIS IS A PART-TIME SEASONAL POSITION THAT WILL LAST UNTIL THE END OF DECEMBER 2026 SUMMARY: Sales Associate provides excellent customer service and sales support while learning company products, standards, and procedures. This entry-level role focuses on delivering positive customer experiences, maintaining store standards, and supporting daily operations in alignment with the company’s values and expectations.

Adheres to and exemplifies behaviors aligned with company core values: Ho‘ohana: We Work with Passion & Purpose Pono: We Choose to Do What Is Right Laulima: We Work Together Malama: We Care Kuleana: We Take Ownership & Responsibility Provides friendly, courteous, and consistent customer service Learns and applies product knowledge to assist customers with selections Follows selling techniques to meet individual and store sales goals Operates the cash register accurately following established policies and procedures Maintains store appearance, brand standards, and housekeeping expectations Assists with inventory tasks including stocking, pricing, and basic counts Actively supports safety and security standards Attends required training sessions and store meetings Performs other duties as assigned EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent Retail or hospitality experience preferred SKILLS: Strong communication and customer interaction skills Ability to perform basic math calculations and count money accurately Valid Food Handlers Card required at all times after completion of introductory period PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Able to sit or stand and walk throughout the scheduled work shift Able to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.

Able to stand on ladder up to 6ft and reach shelving to place product
