SEO Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SEO Director based in India. This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape the SEO function for a data-driven digital marketing environment focused on measurable client growth. You will own SEO strategy, team performance, quality standards, reporting, and the continuous evolution of service delivery.

Rather than focusing primarily on hands-on execution, you will lead through coaching, process improvement, strategic oversight, and accountability. You will guide SEO specialists, develop scalable workflows, and ensure consistent delivery across a portfolio of clients. The role combines technical SEO expertise with leadership, analytics, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.

You will work cross-functionally with client success, project management, technology, analytics, and other teams to improve tools and outcomes.
