Join the Drug Plastics and Glass team as our Plant Manager at our Boyertown location! Under the direction of the Director of Manufacturing, the Plant Manager performs all responsibilities necessary to accomplish assigned plant performance objectives related to the overall quality of production, production efficiency, safety and morale of all assigned employees.
The overall objective being the production of products of the highest possible quality at the lowest possible cost, in a clean and safe environment and within budgetary guidelines. This is a Monday
