Job Description: As a Buyer Manager II at Mars you will lead categories and a team of associates in the creation, implementation and maintenance of global inbound supply chains to enable manufacturing reliability. You’ll champion high performing team behaviors and lead a team in applying supply chain tools and processes to create a lean, agile, and reliable inbound network.

What are we looking for? 3 years of procurement experience. In depth understanding of the supply chain and supplier relationship management. Bachelors degree at a minimum. What will be your key responsibilities? You will recommend and implement risk mitigation strategies, inventory management practices, and continuous improvement programs.

Implementing sourcing strategies, while in parallel supporting capital reduction initiatives Provide coaching and development support for a team of XX direct reports. Develop and perform materials management strategies that balance service levels with inventory and obsolescence minimization. What can you expect from Mars?
