Care Coordinator

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is seeking a Care Coordinator for its Refugee Resettlement Program. The Care Coordinator helps refugees, many with limited English proficiency, secure employment by building employer relationships and collaborating with the Refugee Team.

Key responsibilities include

developing service plans and budgets, maintaining employment data and funder reports, preparing resumes, sharing job leads, assisting with applications, and coordinating or transporting clients to interviews. The Care Coordinator also leads weekly Employment Workshops to help refugees understand workplace expectations, build professional references, and develop essential job-readiness skills such as punctuality, personal hygiene, and understanding pay stubs.
