Phlebotomist Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.

Technical Diploma in phlebotomy preferred. Completion of a Certified Phlebotomy training program preferred. Phlebotomy Certification preferred. This is a safety sensitive position. * Minimum Requirements : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly Preferred Requirements : Three or more years of phlebotomy experience in a clinical setting.
