Job description

Manufacturing Engineer Location: Racine, WI Key Responsibilities Serve as the technical resource for manufacturing operations across stamping, machining, and secondary processes. Troubleshoot manufacturing, tooling, equipment, and process-related issues. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, quality, and equipment uptime.

Reduce scrap, downtime, setup times, and overall manufacturing costs. Support APQP/NPI, PPAP, new product launches, CAPEX implementations and process validation activities. Identify and lead automation and capital equipment improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment. Metal stamping & fabrication experience strongly preferred. Experience supporting machining and secondary manufacturing operations. Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. Excellent communication and project management skills. Preferred Experience APQP / PPAP GD&T and blueprint interpretation ERP/MRP systems Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
