Construction Management Internship
Job description
Job Summary
The Construction Management Intern gains hands-on exposure to both the office and field sides of construction, assisting the project management and field supervision teams with day-to-day tasks under the guidance of the Project Managers/Senior Project Managers/Assistant Project Managers and Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent.
Key Responsibilities
Assists with RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and daily field reports (daily, punch lists, and material/equipment tracking). Shadows project meetings, jobsite walks, and subcontractor coordination Gains exposure to scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and site logistics Supports HSE and quality compliance efforts on assigned projects Attends career-fair-connected activities and association events as opportunities allow (ABC, NAIOP, ULI) Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field No prior experience required; coursework or prior internship exposure a plus Comfortable working both in the office and on active jobsites Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn Program Details Paid summer internship Direct mentorship from project management and field supervision staff Potential path to a full-time APM or Assistant Superintendent offer upon graduation Write a message…
