Production Lead - 2nd Shift

Good Foods Group is looking for a hands-on Production Lead to help keep our production area running safely, smoothly, and efficiently. This role is a great opportunity for someone with production, food manufacturing, warehouse, or lead experience who enjoys supporting a team, solving problems, and helping others succeed.

As a Production Lead, you will help coordinate daily work on the production floor, support team members, communicate priorities, and partner with supervisors and other departments to meet safety, quality, and production goals. You will also help with training, documentation, inventory movement, and basic system updates.
