Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Apprentice or Industrial Electrician Apprentice

The Apprentice is responsible for supporting the Maintenance Department in the safe maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and improvement of manufacturing equipment while completing the requirements of their Ontario Apprenticeship Program.

Working under the guidance of licensed tradespersons, the Apprentice will develop practical skills and technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated manufacturing systems. The role supports production reliability, equipment uptime, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
