Compliance Consultant

Our Employee Benefits Consulting Practice is seeking an experienced Compliance Consultant to provide regulatory and compliance support for qualified and nonqualified employee benefit plans.

Responsibilities include

advising clients on ERISA, Internal Revenue Code, and related regulations; drafting and reviewing plan documents and participant disclosures; supporting plan corrections through IRS and DOL programs; conducting compliance research; and providing guidance on deferred compensation and health and welfare plans. The ideal candidate has experience in a law firm, consulting, or corporate legal environment, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional client service.
