We're excited to announce an opening for an Assistant Manager position at our Maryland Heights location. As an Assistant Manager, you'll be an integral part of our leadership team, helping to drive success and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service are consistently met Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and cost management Train and develop team members, promoting their growth and success Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve store performance goals Adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations effectively Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes to improve efficiency Valid driver's license with 2 years of driving experience if {AGE} years old, or 1 year if {AGE} or older Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance Strong leadership skills and a genuine desire to lead and develop people Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven problem-solving abilities and sound judgment Basic math and computer proficiency Food safety knowledge (preferred) Previous experience in food service or retail (preferred) Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service Enthusiasm for the brand and motivation to achieve team goals BENEFITS Flexible scheduling -- full & part-time positions available Competitive wages 1 week of PTO Paid mileage Employee discount on all food items Advancement opportunities Paid training program FULL TIME ASSISTANT MANAGER BENEFITS (in addition to above benefits): Offered Health, Dental & Vision Insurance after 60 days of employment Voluntary accident coverage/Critical illness coverage Flexible Spending Accounts Ability to contribute to a 401K
