What You'll Do

Lead and support CNAs to ensure exceptional resident care Oversee daily CNA assignments and help ensure cares are completed Conduct chart audits to promote accurate documentation Monitor behavior charting and ensure interventions are properly care planned and implemented Welcome and orient newly hired CNAs Participate in monthly safety meetings and assist with meeting documentation Support staffing needs through an on-call scheduling rotation What We're Looking For Current CNA certification from an accredited nursing assistant program Long Term Care Experience and a genuine passion for serving seniors Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain it (we can help!)
