Recruiter

The Recruiter, under the direct supervision of the Human Capital Manager, is responsible for all recruitment activities for an assigned caseload of open positions. The Recruiter supports the Agency’s commitment to being an Equal Opportunity Employer. The Recruiter collaborates with Leaders and Managers to ensure staffing needs are met.

The Recruiter does function as a hiring manager as well for direct care employees.
