Requirements Manager

Everforth ECS is seeking a Requirements Manager to work in our Stafford, VA office. The Requirements Manager serves as a trusted advisor to diverse technical teams and stakeholders to manage requirements and organize backlogs, ensuring successful migration to a cloud application. This role will partner closely with product owners, SMEs, technical leads, and stakeholders to translate needs into actionable, well-groomed requirements.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 General Description of Benefits

• Active Secret Clearance required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Analysis, or technical consulting
• Groom, prioritize, and maintain program and team backlogs to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, capture, and refine requirements.
• Write clear, testable Acceptance Test Criteria (ATC) for user stories and features.
• Guide the team toward delivering MVP by helping define scope, identifying dependencies, and clarifying expectations.
• Conduct research and analysis to support requirement development and ensure compliance with program needs and constraints.
• Facilitate backlog refinement sessions, requirement walkthroughs, and clarification discussions.
• Work with delivery teams to resolve requirement gaps and ensure stories are ready for development.
• Maintain documentation and traceability across the program lifecycle.
• Coach Business Analysts in writing accurate and detailed ATC
• Coach Scrum Masters toward exceptional servant leadership
