Skills Connection, Inc. is hiring a Corporate HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations across our organization. You'll supervise our HR Generalist, be the frontline for employee relations and workplace guidance, and partner directly with our VP of HR — with a real path to grow into broader HR leadership as our organization grows.

What You'll Do

Lead day-to-day HR operations and directly supervise our HR Generalist Be the first point of contact for employee relations, workplace guidance, and conflict resolution Own recruiting and onboarding across the organization Guide compliance with employment law across our multi-state footprint — with training and support, not expected expertise on day one Lead performance management processes and coach frontline supervisors on documentation and difficult conversations Partner directly with our VP of HR on strategic initiatives, with genuine room to grow your scope over time What You'll Bring 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience, including some supervisory or lead experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Government contracting or multi-state employment experience a plus, not required PHR or SPHR certification a plus, not required Why Life.
