Cloud Engineer II

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Cloud Engineer II based in India. As a Cloud Engineer II, you will play a key role in managing, supporting, and maintaining customer cloud infrastructure within dynamic, enterprise-level environments.

You will focus primarily on AWS cloud operations, ensuring the reliability, availability, security, and performance of production and non-production systems. Working on Level 2 technical incidents, you will investigate complex infrastructure issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. You will also contribute to incident, problem, and change management while ensuring service-level agreements are consistently met.

The role involves close collaboration with international customers and cross-functional technical teams to deliver reliable cloud services.
