Deliver and Facilitate High-impact Training: Command live and virtual training, including hands-on coaching, ensuring learning experiences are backed with significant human interactions Growing Together: Become part of a supportive team where curiosity is celebrated and having fun is part of the job description. What You Bring: Minimum 2 years of ISD and L&D experience, including implementation of large e-learning projects, is a must; 3+ years’ experience is preferred A working knowledge of learning theories is essential (ADDIE, SAM, Gagne) An understanding that adults learn differently from students in school (andragogy vs pedagogy) Minimum 2 years of combined experience in live/virtual facilitation and the application of professional coaching models (e.
g. GROW, structured feedback techniques), ideally within a corporate environment. A recognized coaching certification is a distinct advantage. Must have excellent communication skills in English; the ability to communicate in a foreign language is a distinct advantage Must have experience with using authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and/or Articulate 360 and/or Adobe Creative Cloud; Knowledge of, and experience with, a modern Learning Management System is a must, experience with Workday is a distinct advantage
