We are looking for a talented Human Resources Officer to join our team, where you will contribute to managing HR operations, supporting employee development, and ensuring smooth human resources processes across the agency.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding new employees. Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance documentation. Support performance evaluation processes and employee training & development programs. Ensure compliance with HR policies and local labor laws.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing timely support and solutions. Prepare HR reports, presentations, and updates for management. Coordinate with internal teams to implement HR initiatives and internal projects. Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, and labor regulations to improve HR operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or related roles. Good knowledge of HR policies. Excellent communicator Proficiency in HR software and attendance/leave management systems. Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues professionally.
