Marketing Project Manager

Marketing Project Manger Alive Church is looking for a highly organized, strategic, and creative Marketing Project Manager to help lead church-wide marketing, communications, and creative operations. This role will oversee marketing campaigns, communication plans, creative project management, production workflows, contractors, vendors, and department priorities.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and project manager who can turn ideas into clear plans and keep multiple projects moving from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop marketing campaigns and communication plans for church-wide initiatives, events, ministries, and major moments.
• Manage creative projects across graphics, video, print, merchandise, digital, and other production needs.
• Oversee timelines, assignments, revisions, approvals, deadlines, and project status.
• Manage graphic designers, videographers, print vendors, merchandise vendors, and other creative partners.
• Coordinate graphic, video, print, and merchandise production from brief through final delivery.
• Help manage Creative Department workflow, priorities, capacity, and systems.
• Partner with the Executive Creative Director to help lead and develop the Creative Team.
• Support existing Sunday Creative leadership and maintain alignment across the department.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, creative operations, project management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, vendors, and teams.
• Understanding of marketing channels including social media, email, websites, and digital platforms.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Experience in a church, ministry, nonprofit, agency, or creative environment.
