Systems Analyst

The Systems Analyst partners with business and technology teams to understand how work is performed, identify opportunities to improve customer and employee outcomes, and translate those opportunities into practical process changes. This role documents current and future state processes, facilitates cross-functional analysis, defines measures, supports implementation, and helps sustain a culture of standardization, accountability, and continuous improvement across Aureon.
