The Regional Aftermarket Manager is the primary driver of aftermarket sales and support for the Southwest Construction Region, responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring Customer Service Advisors (CSAs) and Service/Parts Leaders in Arizona. This role coordinates aftermarket activities, supports career growth, and ensures adherence to RDO Equipment Co.
