Job description
We have an immediate opening for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing daily manufacturing operations across all departments, with a focus on Extrusion & Thermoforming areas within a fast-paced food packaging and plastics manufacturing environment. This role provides leadership support and oversight to Department Managers to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations across all shifts.
