Summary

  • **About HighRadius: **HighRadius guarantees Value Creation for the Office of the CFO with a single Agentic AI platform. The platform integrates 180+ AI agents that orchestrate end-to-end processes across Order-to-Cash, Close & Reconciliation, Consolidation & Reporting, Accounts Payable, B2B Payments, and Treasury. Each agent is tied to measurable KPIs, ensuring real outcomes in just 3–6 months across 1,300+ Global Enterprises.

**Location: Amsterdam, **office-based, 5 days per week. 40% travel across Europe.

About the Role

  • Value Delivery & Process Optimization

  • Value Delivery: Identify the potential improvements in technology and process and work with customers to drive business outcomes (e.g., DSO reduction, increased auto-match rates).

  • The "Day-in-the-Life" Audit: Conduct deep-dive observations of client finance workflows to identify friction points and bottlenecks.

  • Adoption Strategy: Design and execute playbooks that drive user engagement and ensure the AI platform becomes the backbone of the client’s finance operations.

  • Strategic Governance & Steering

  • Operational Committee Ownership: Lead monthly meetings with client SMEs to review health metrics and tactical progress.

  • Executive Readiness: Manage up and prepare executives for Steering Committees, providing the data-driven narrative of value delivered.

  • Change Management

  • The 80/20 Rule: Stack-rank client requests and technical enhancements. You must possess the business acumen to negotiate with client managers, focusing resources on the 20% of changes that drive 80% of the impact.

  • Roadmap Alignment: Prevent "scope creep" by aligning client desires with the core product vision, ensuring scalability over customization.

  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management

  • Orchestration: Stakeholder management of internal resources across Product, Engineering, and Consulting to solve high-impact escalations.

  • Task Force Leadership: When a critical issue arises, you lead the war room. You own the resolution timeline and the post-mortem strategy to prevent recurrence.

Who You Are

  • Trusted Advisor: You are the client's trusted advisor. You’re at ease leading meetings with Finance Directors, managers, and subject-matter experts. You also love data analysis, designing, and re-configuring agents to drive and deliver value to customers.
  • Analytical expert: You will use the value vs complexity matrix to identify solutions and solve problems.
  • Leadership skills : Strong articulation skills, ability to play Devil’s advocate, ability to manage a portfolio of around 20 customers.
  • HighRadian DNA: You have a bias for action, strong ownership of your customers and customer projects, and a desire to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Excellent communicator: Excellent written & verbal communication and presentation skills in English; *French and German language are a plus. *
