Mechanical Engineering Manager

As a Mechanical Engineering Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of Mechanical Engineers to service a network of clients and projects. Day to day you will assist the team by providing and delivering strong technical guidance and leadership, managing engineering process implementation consistently across projects and communicating to all employees about company engineering processes and technical standards.

As a technical leader, you will stay current on technical specialists’ capability and skill level depth/breadth, balancing workload assignments to ensure targets are met and employees are engaged with proper work levels and ensure the quality of work is consistent and complies with industry and internal standards.
