Building Supervisor | Part-Time Evenings & Weekends

The Columbus Family YMCA is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Building Supervisor to serve as the Manager on Duty during evenings and weekends. This position plays an important role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and well-operated facility for members, guests, and staff.

Responsibilities include

Supervising facility operations during assigned shifts Opening and/or closing the facility Responding to member concerns and emergencies Supporting staff across departments Ensuring YMCA policies and safety procedures are followed Maintaining a clean, secure, and welcoming environment Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in emergency situations CPR, AED, and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain) If you enjoy helping others, leading by example, and making a positive impact in your community, we'd love to have you on our team!
