1st Shift Direct Support Professional Location: Manheim, PA 17545 Schedule: Full-time, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Pay Rate: $15/hour About Us We are a faith-based non-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDA). Our mission is to provide compassionate care and promote independence within a Christian culture.

Position Summary

We are seeking a caring and dedicated 1st Shift Direct Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct support and assistance to individuals with IDA, helping them achieve their personal goals and maintain a high quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily support and assistance to individuals with IDA in accordance with their care plans. Assist with personal care, activities of daily living, and community involvement. Promote a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment that reflects our Christian values. Document observations and progress accurately and timely.

Administer medications to Individuals Collaborate with team members and participate in training and meetings as required.

Qualifications

Compassionate and patient with a genuine desire to support individuals with IDA. Ability to work the 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM shift consistently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to embrace and contribute to a faith-based work environment. Previous experience in direct support or related field is preferred but not required.
