Job description
As a Pastry/Bread Mixer, you will identify and select ingredients and prepare and mix dough, cookies, pies, pastries, and confections. Each day you will mix a variety of items, including breads, while adhering to a predetermined mix schedule. In between mixes, you will assist the pastry and bread teams with shaping, baking, and scaling.
