Senior Engineer - PLE

Job Description Job Title: Engineer / Senior Engineer . Function / Department: PLE. Qualification : BE / Diploma – Electrical Engineering. Desired Experience : 08 to 10 years in PLE Department. Key Skills Required: Good Knowledge on Breakdown maintenance of CNC, Grinding, and Induction Hardening Machines. Good supervisor skill & Man management skills Good knowledge on plating shop will be added advantage.

Updation Knowledge on Breakdown logbooks & breakdown slips. Knowledge of breakdown analysis, Corrective & preventive action. Knowledge of Kaizens. Trouble shooting knowledge of CNC problems. Knowledge of Quenching & tempering machines. Good Knowledge of Hardening & tempering machines. Knowledge on Grinding Machine. Good Knowledge of Plating Shop.

Knowledge of PLC & PC related machines. Knowledge on Spares Planning. Cost planning and control. Handling IT Projects. Etc.…. Skills and Knowledge ● Good presentation Skills ● Communication skills ● Man, management skills, ● Leadership skills, Software: Good Knowledge of SAP. Good Knowledge of MS Office. Reporting: This position reports to the Manager / Senior Manager.
