Revenue & Credit Control Specialist

About the Role

This position will support credit control, revenue and finance operations, customer relationship management, departmental administration, and team management.

Requirements

• Fully qualified in CIMA, ACCA, CA, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in managerial capacity, including experience in leading or coordinating a team.
• Relevant experience in finance, audit, banking, credit control, revenue management, or a related field. Skills and Competencies:
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to contribute positively as a team player.
• Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills, with the confidence to manage challenging payment discussions professionally and diplomatically.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and ensure completion within deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including the ability to prepare professional business correspondence.
• Sound computer literacy and the ability to learn and effectively use relevant financial, reporting, and productivity tools.
• A proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment.
• Flexibility to support time-sensitive assignments, month-end activities, and occasional work outside regular hours when operationally required.
