Instructional Designer

This is a remote position. A lot of higher education institutions want to offer their programs online but don’t have the internal resources to make it happen. As an Online Program Partner, Inter. Learn works with colleges and universities to expand their reach and offer new programs online even if they don’t have the internal expertise.

As one of the major areas of our organization, the instructional design team works with clients and subject matter experts to design and develop high quality curriculum for adults and online programs. Our team uses the Articulate Rise platform to develop its curriculum for clients. Our curriculum, to date, is in accelerated 5-, 6-, or 8-week course formats depending on the program and the clients preference.

Because we are a distributed workforce, you can work from your location. We have team members in London, Montreal, Alabama, Oklahoma, Florida, and North Carolina. This role is a contract role that is designed to work around other personal priorities (work and life). We have a motto of "owning your own work" because we want all of our team members to have the flexibility to accomplish their own priorities while at the same time doing work that they love.
