As a key member of the Cargo Management Support team, you are responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient execution of cargo handling, system updates, and export/import operations while maintaining compliance and supporting a seamless customer and operational experience.

Job Description WHAT YOU'LL DO Cargo Handling & Systems Receive cargo and update systems accurately and on time Maintain real-time cargo status visibility Utilize multiple Vessel carrier systems such as SAGA, Eclips, and Main Ocean Operations Coordination Support load and discharge operations at U.S. and North American terminals Coordinate with terminals and internal teams for timely execution Ensure completion of import/export documentation.

Customer Communication Communicate proactively with customers following WW guidelines. Notify customers of free time expiration. Monitor deliveries and support demurrage processes. Compliance & SOPs Adhere to SOPs, company policies, and regulatory requirements Maintain knowledge of competition law Update SOPs based on current practices Data Quality & Reporting Ensure high standards of data accuracy and quality Support operational reporting and system updates Collaboration & Support Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather required information Provide support across operations as needed Continuous Improvement Identify process improvements and efficiencies Implement smarter ways of working where possible Job Requirements WHAT YOU'LL NEED Required Skills & Competencies Two years or more of customer care experience.

Two years or more of experience in the maritime and logistics industry preferred. Strong knowledge of export/import operations Fluent in written and spoken English. Clear and articulate communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Computer knowledge is needed to work in multiple applications. Proficiency in operational systems (SAGA, Eclips, Main Ocean) High attention to detail and data accuracy Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Adaptability and willingness to learn Accountability Ensure accurate and timely cargo and system updates Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations Support operational efficiency and continuous improvement Deliver reliable service and customer communication ABOUT US Wallenius Wilhelmsen is the global leader in integrated vehicle transportation and logistics, supporting our customers across their supply chain, all the way from the factory to the end-customer.
