Analyst, Commercial Real Estate Valuation - Dallas

In this role, you will conduct research and interviews to understand the local market, conduct a supply and demand analysis, prepare revenue and expense forecasts, and use models to derive a value under supervision. The analyst will also maintain the property database with sale and lease comparables, as well as help prepare appraisal reports with assistance from senior valuation professionals.

This role is best suited for individuals with a strong interest in real estate appraisal and a desire to build a long-term career in the appraisal industry. While we welcome applicants from a variety of academic backgrounds, those studying Real Estate, Business, or related fields tend to align most closely with the nature of the work.
