We are seeking a caring and dependable Home Care Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality in-home care services that help residents remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home.

What You'll Do

Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living according to individualized care plans. Deliver home care services under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse. Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team. Assist with mobility, transfers, safety monitoring, and companionship.

Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company, regulatory, and insurance requirements. Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life through compassionate care.

Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or GED required. Experience One (1) year of experience preferred. Licensure & Certifications Current North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required. Current listing in good standing with no substantiated findings on the State Nurse Aide Registry. Completion of all required in-services and competency evaluations.

Additional Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to successfully complete competency testing as required for in-home aide duties. Maintain at least 12 hours of documented in-service education annually. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance strongly preferred. Ability to meet EveryAge's auto insurance requirements for coverage.
