Duties and Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day onsite IT support for Lenovo desktops and laptops, docking stations, peripherals, Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Azure, network connectivity, and Lexmark printers Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Install, configure, maintain, and repair devices Manage and document ITSM tickets within established SLAs Escalate complex issues to Level III teams Deliver professional customer service while adhering to security, confidentiality, compliance, and change-management procedures
