Pleasant View Skilled Nursing Community in Ottawa is hiring PRN LPNs for 12-hour shifts, 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. $34.00/hour, plus shift differential. PRN, on-call, minimum 4 shifts per month including 1 weekend shift per month. You'll care for residents at Pleasant View, a skilled nursing community in Ottawa.

What you'll do
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including monitoring health status and responding to changes in condition Complete resident assessments and contribute to individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice as an LPN Communicate condition changes to the on-call provider and to residents' families Keep consistent continuity of care across your assigned residents shift to shift What you'll need Required: Active Illinois LPN license Pay and benefits PRN (on-call, minimum 4 shifts/month, including 1 weekend shift/month): $34.
