The Loom Hotel in Warwick, Rhode Island, is hiring for a Bartender . You should join our team if you believe... Completing opening, closing, cleaning, and side-work responsibilities thoroughly. Remaining calm and attentive when tickets begin printing, the bar fills up, and everyone suddenly remembers their favorite complicated cocktail.

Creating the kind of welcoming experience that makes guests want to stay for another round—or return during their next visit. We’re excited to have you join us because... You understand that beverage quality and responsible service are equally important. You are friendly, approachable, and comfortable connecting with guests from different backgrounds.

You can balance conversation and hospitality with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail. You remain composed and solutions-focused during high-volume service. You communicate clearly and professionally with guests, Curators, and leaders. You understand cocktail preparation, wine and beer service, sanitation, portion control, and bar organization.

You are comfortable learning recipes, menus, hotel systems, and point-of-sale technology. You can recognize when a guest should not receive additional alcohol and respond professionally. You are dependable, organized, and ready to support the restaurant team throughout your shift.
