Job description
參與撰擬與初步審閱集團涉外商務合約草案；協助規劃全球專利、商標之申請與佈局策略之初步研究。配合收集法律爭端案件之佐證資料與訴訟文件準備，支援各事業群之法律合規 (Compliance) 諮詢工作，並學習國際貿易法律風險評估方法。 Participate in drafting and reviewing international commercial contract drafts. Assist in strategic research for global patent and trademark filings. Support document preparation for legal disputes and assist in compliance consulting and learning risk assessment methodologies.
