Line Cook Location: 350 W 11th St, Brew Pub, Bloomington, IN, 47404 Job Description We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our team at our Brew Pub located in Bloomington, IN. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and a passion for preparing high-quality food.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service. Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.

Adapt to menu changes and special requests. Skills & Qualifications Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant or pub setting. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills.
