Benefits Manager

The Benefits Manager will own Nuvia’s benefits programs, including health and welfare, 401(k), compliance, open enrollment, leave administration, vendor relationships, and employee support. Reporting to the Senior Director of Payroll, Benefits & Compensation, this hands-on role requires strong organizational skills, independent problem-solving, and a proactive approach to improving processes, managing costs, and supporting a growing, multi-state organization through systems, automation, and AI tools.
