Bun Make Up Operator (1st Shift)

Our state-of-the-art Bread and Bun Plant located in La Crosse produces over 20 varieties of bread and bun products for approximately 800+ retail stores.

Join our team as a Bun Make Up Operator where you will be trained to operate the various pieces of bakery equipment used to make our bun products. Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday with rotating days off working 4:00am to 2:00pm Qualifications: Accurate/detail orientated; work in a fast-paced production environment; basic math aptitude; work well alone/as part of team; willing to learn/perform a variety of job tasks; work in a noisy environment frequently; work in a safety conscious environment; adhere to sanitation/hygiene standards.

Prior production or baking experience is a plus, but not required. Physical qualifications: stand/walk up to 10 hours per shift; bend/reach/twist constantly; lift/carry 50 pounds to 60 inches frequently; work in temperatures of 70-90+ degrees F; kneel/squat occasionally; push/pull up to 87 pounds of force occasionally; lift/carry 15 pounds to 72 inches occasionally.
