Direct Support Professional - Overnight

Join The Arc Columbia-Saratoga, formerly Coarc (Columbia County Arc), as a Direct Support Professional and help empower people we support with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live meaningful, fulfilling lives. Our Overnight Sleep and Overnight Awake positions provide a safe, supportive presence throughout the night.

Depending on the position, you may provide active overnight support or be available as needed during designated sleep hours, while also assisting people we support with morning routines, including preparing breakfast and helping them get ready for the day.
