Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint. Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills. Organized, responsible and willing to learn.

Basic level of English and willingness to improve. Interest in CRM, digital tools and the agricultural machinery industry. Basic HTML/CSS, SQL or data processing knowledge is a plus. Job Description Summary The Marketing Assistant supports the back-office activities of the Marketing & Operations Department. The role helps keep CRM data, purchase orders, customer requests, and ISO 9001 documents accurate, complete, and up to date.

The position also supports reporting, data management, SharePoint activities, and marketing operations. It is an entry-level role designed for candidates who want to gain experience and develop their skills in CRM, digital tools, data management, and marketing operations. Job Description Key Responsibilities Maintain and update CRM customer, contact, machine and dealer data.

Support data transfers between IPSO CRM and John Deere CRM. Enter and check purchase orders based on supplier invoices. Record and follow up customer requests, complaints and feedback in the Customer Service portal. Prepare basic weekly reports and support Excel / Power BI reporting. Support SharePoint content updates and ISO 9001 document management.

Support CRM/ERP master data, contact lists, events and other marketing back-office activities. Handle customer and personal data in line with company privacy rules.
