Position Summary

Route Sales Managers are responsible for maintaining and growing customer relationships along an assigned route. This role focuses on customer retention through inventory management, communication, problem-solving, and collaboration with internal support teams.

Compensation

$20 - $23 per hour Commissions can bring base pay higher What We Provide Company vehicle (route-based) Company phone Uniforms All required tools A clean driving record is required. A CDL Class C license with Haz. Mat endorsement is preferred but not required. Essential Job Functions Be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis Build and maintain strong relationships with customer managers and chefs Assist customers with managing inventory levels and product needs Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner Communicate customer feedback and needs to internal Super Source teams Work independently while collaborating with sales and operations teams Experience & Skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented demeanor A clean driving record is required.
