PM Crew Member

Looking to work afternoons and evenings in a fast-paced, team-driven environment? Dunkin’ is hiring PM Crew Members to help keep things running smoothly through the evening rush and closing time. Ideal candidates are available to begin shifts after 2:00 PM and stay through store close at 9:00 PM , with additional time for closing duties until 11:00 PM .

Key Responsibilities

Begin shift after 2:00 PM to support afternoon and evening operations Serve guests quickly, accurately, and with a positive attitude Prepare and package food and beverages according to Dunkin’ standards Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized throughout the evening Complete closing tasks including cleaning, restocking, and securing the store Work collaboratively with other team members and shift leaders Required Availability Must be available to start shifts after 2:00 PM Must be available to stay until 11:00 PM to complete closing responsibilities if needed Weekend and holiday availability is a plus Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old Strong customer service and teamwork skills Ability to handle a fast-paced environment during peak hours Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Prior QSR or food service experience is helpful, but not required Benefits Flexible scheduling with evening hours Paid training and opportunities for advancement Employee discounts on food and beverages Supportive and friendly work environment Career growth within a respected brand Ready to own the night shift?
